Rocky mountain estimates is often asked to do framing estimating for all types of construction projects from commercial, to industrial, to residential construction framing estimating. Putting together a framing estimate can be done a couple different ways, but Included in your estimate will be all framing structural components, floor joist and sheathing, walls and particular heights if needed and roof joist with sheathing, exterior finishes, equipment, labor and material and pricing as needed. Framing contractors and lumber yard companies have also found a need to use Rocky mountain estimates in preparing their proposals.
